Improve your Golf
"That golf swing is really a work of art. Requiring such a complex array of finely coordinated movements, it’s no wonder a golfer’s body is considered a ticking time bomb for acute injury or chronic pain."
Erik Dalton 2010 |
Golf is played for many different reasons and by many different people. As with any repetitive movement, there is a tendency for players to misalign the skeletal frame by working some muscles more than others. This imbalance can compromise that handicap or risk injury.
By building core strength and correcting postural inhibitors, Pilates is helpful to those seeking to improve performance, relieve stiffness and pain, assist in rehabilitation or to prevent injury. |
