It is important that both you and your instructor form a relationship over time to ensure that the exercises can be adjusted to suit your posture and ability. Therefore, class sizes are limited to allow your instructor to supervise your movements and make any individual adjustments.
One to One or Duet Private Classes

Sometimes it is more appropriate to start with a private session, whether on your own or with a friend, to examine your alignment, deepen your practice or to instil confidence before starting group classes. If you would like to discuss your particular needs then please contact me.

A 30 minute restorative class aimed at gently improving your alignment and gait patterns. Based on biomechanics, this class gives you the tools you need to blend small corrective exercises into your day and regain your natural movement.
"I can't tell you what a difference you sharing your knowledge has made to me. Things are definitely (although slowly) beginning to change. I have a half dome in every room and today I have noticed that the two lumps of tense muscle each side of my spine have almost dispappeared. Still lots to do and learn, but very exciting."
